I stayed at the Mods for the Foo Fighters concert. The photos on the website show an older boutique hotel that looks like it has been nicely remodelled. In person the building is dated, the rooms are very average for what I paid (almost $400!) I assume the prices were jacked due to the concert but the Moda is not worth $400, absolutely insane. One positive is the location is perfect, close to everything.
