「Excellent service, love staying here with my family」

「Smaller than the pictures look. But nice area to see lots of green space. Pool is a fair size and clean. Our Room was small but others might be bigger. Very nice staff. 」

「The property was close to main attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. My luggage arrived late and the front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. They immediately called me once it arrived and kept it safe. Overall a great stay! 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Stayed in double queen bedroom, very clean, AC worked well. Had to ask staff multiple times for robes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Small fridge to store drinks but not leftovers. They took out $35/night for a "destination fee."」

「Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!」
