"Restaurant was closed. Toilet seat was uncomfortably low. Shower didn’t drain well. Staff was very nice. Great view from room. Room was large. "

"It was a very nice and convenient location. We had a very good room with two queen beds, a closet and a mini fridge. To our luck, we got a view of the Empire State Building if we looked up. We loved how close it was from everything, including Time Square. I would definitely stay here again! Only bad thing I have to say is that it took like a month and weekly calls to the hotel to get our deposit back. "

"The hotel overall is good and very well located. However, every time you arrive or leave you need to plan for a long wait of the elevator, which was very inconvenient and annoying. They even made service elevator available but wasn’t enough and there was always a long wait. Also AC didn’t work for a couple of nights and then they fixed and reception also has lines and some wait."

"Our room had an unbeatable view of the Hudson River and World Trade Centre. We traveled with a small child and there were accessible subway stations close by to accommodate our stroller. Staff were amazing and the rooms were clean although maybe not quite as updated as other properties. The only thing that would have improved the stay would be to have onsite parking and a fridge in our room."
