"We loved the hotel and were sad to cut our trip short, due to potential flooding at our home in Kingwood, Tx. Taffy, the manager, was very kind and understanding and refunded us the night we had to leave. If we are able to make it back to Memphis to finish our vacation we will definitely stay at Big Cypress Lodge again. Thank you everyone. Great service and friendliness from everyone."
