「The room was nice and the staff was great.」

「The hotel was great, but the location is a little rundown. It was nice being so close to Graceland, though. The staff was nice when we interacted with them, and the gated parking was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. Breakfast provided the usual continental options, and the area was clean.」

「Went and bought our own bed linens pillows were gross and peppery was run down hardly any towels or washcloths will not stay there again」

「This place was terrible. We arrived after midnight because of our flight and had so much trouble raising someone in reception (the doors were locked). When we got to the room there was only towels for 2 people instead of 4. Went back to reception and got more towels. The room and the sheets smelt. Then my daughter tried to shower, and we couldn't close the bathroom door. It just wouldn't close, the jamb was swollen or the door was, but you couldn't close it. Went back to reception to complain...

「The location is convenient and provides beautiful views of the Mississippi River. It is an ideal place to stay as it provides nearby dining and shopping. The entire staff are kind and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained. We look forward to returning to this property when visiting Memphis. ( this was our fourth stay here.) Thank you again, all River Inn staff!」

「Beautiful downtown loft in a great location within walking distance to many must see attractions like The Civil Rights Museum and the Rock and Soul Museum. Liked the safe and secure parking in the basement parking garage. Loft was a very well decorated warehouse industrial design. We stayed in Loft 302 Elvis the Legend theme. Highly recommend to others. We would stay there again and pick a different themed loft.」

「We thought the property over all was a nice property, but probably didn’t warrant the higher pricing being charged. We didn’t consider the breakfast to be edible, so we never ate the food they had. It just looked very tasteless and in some instances undercooked. The staff members were all really nice but seemed very new at their jobs and probably were new to the hotel industry in general. Out room was nice and comfortable, but seeing dirt on the floor in several locations, finding dirty...
