「Room average, staff helpful, breakfast and parking ok. I booked the hotel, when I got there they give me a key for the room and was occupied, There were no more available rooms, had to book a different hotel. Not organized hotel for sure.」

「Very nice facility very clean great breakfast nice staff」

「Room was large and clean. We requested top floor away from the freeway and got neither. Very loud road nosie.Breakfast was horrible and dried out. Elevator and washing machine both out of order. Diffenetly not up to BW standards.」

「The hotel is under renovation, and the room was semi clean. The small towels need updated and there was no breakfast as they were out of everything. We asked for extra towels at the front desk and were told there wasn't any. With that said, it is the cheaper hotel in town and the staff was friendly.」

「The property and surrounding area were well maintained and well lit. The room was great and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thus is our third year to stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.」

「I loved everything!」

「Spacious rooms, very clean, and late check out was nice. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff was so friendly.」

「Clean room and property. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close to food, gas and highway. TN State Troopers train at the hotel so you'll see a lot of State Trooper cars.」

「The staff at this property is amazing!! They’re all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast and all day available coffee is an extra bonus. I also enjoy the cats near the property!!!」

「The girl at the front desk who works dayshift is ghetto and hood . Doesn’t ever know wats going on . Kicks her feet up on the front lobby couch with no shoes on with her boyfriend Then runs you off when you ask a question」
