10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is a hidden gem in Memphis. We love staying here, especially when we have a big suite and a balcony. The front desk staff is always great and the lady at the 3rd floor bar is just awesome. One drawback: very late in the night a couple of hotel staffers came banging on the door with 3 Memphis Police Officers and threatened to kick us out because they had had 3 noise complaints. There were 4 of us sitting around the dining table talking, and no one had apprised us of a noise complaint. Elon Musk was having a party on the same floor with 400 guests, open bar, a DJ, etc. I was able to talk them into letting us stay, but I thought it was outlandish that they bring storm troopers to our room while there's a party with hundreds of drunk people just down the hall. We'll still be back. We love it here."
