「I incorrectly booked a smoking room. The front desk staff went to lengths to correct this for me. They were near capacity but made it work. I wanted to extend my stay and again, they made it happen even though they were near capacity. The staff were excellent. 」

「Beautiful suite, great amenities, responsive communication and request fulfillment. Lyft to downtown under $7. Security gate was damaged by guests and not repaired during the week I was there.」

「I guess you get what you pay for but this place was over all bad. The electrical socket plate came off. The refrigerator was smelly and the part of the freezer was jammed up with frost. The microwave was old and not plugged in and then when I used it, it produced a smell. The shower head was detached and could not sit up right by itself.
