「It’s not a hotel. It’s an Airbnb. You have to check yourself in remotely. There’s no staff nothing to call. Calling this a hotel is a clear misrepresentation.」

「It was very clean they had things ready for you to use. It was in center of every were .you can walk to beal st with no problem. I didn't really see the staff but when I call down there before coming there they wear very help full.」

「Was a nice and clean hotel, in a good location for seeing the sights. Parking was fine and not as expensive as others in the area, still think it should be free for guests. Breakfast was basic, but ok to start the day. Staff were not very welcoming or friendly, definitely an area that could be improved to make you feel more welcome.」

「Everything was great, staff was incredible and room was clean. Be aware though there's no dedicated parking garage. You're gonna have to park on the street unless you pay for the valet. In downtown Memphis it's basically a 50/50 gamble your car is gonna get raided. Other than that, perfect stay.」

「The room was not clean, the door was broken and the sliding door in the bathroom kept getting stuck. No microwave option in the actual room.」

「Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. 」
