I thought that he would be rude and short with us. To our surprise he didn’t hesitate to take the time to explain to us the things we needed to know to ensure we were ready to enjoy our stay. He has a rare ability to be assertive and kind at the same time. He has a tattoo on his neck, it led me to prejudge him, but when he began to speak and welcome my family back to Memphis has led us to our new go-to spot to stay each time we come home to visit. When we lived here (Peabody Place, Clariage House , and The William Lyn, now the Residence Inn), but we will be staying at the Hu!! "

"Stayed here while visiting friend at hospital about a block away. Safe walk there durning day, but a bit sketchy at night. The hotel was a safe oasis, with friendly staff, clean room, wonderful breakfast and easy in & out. Desk clerk even loaned me his phone charger for a couple hours!"
