「The room was very unique and well laid out. A few restaurants on site and live band, an Elvis movie at their theater was great and free PBJ and chocolate milk at 9. Free shuttles every half hour to Graceland Mansion. Enjoyed our stay.」

「We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. I asked to speak with a manager, but he/she never showed. Courtside Grill-avoid if you want breakfast. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone just to greet us. After we...

「The staff was very welcoming and they had a shuttle to take you to Memphis or other spots nearby. The layout of the room was nice. There was a comfortable couch and the television pivoted so you could watch from the bed or the couch. The shower was slippery. Wish there were safety bars. The breakfast was fair. The usual food you find like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. All just average - nothing special. Overall it was prerty basic. 」
