「The girl at the front desk who works dayshift is ghetto and hood . Doesn’t ever know wats going on . Kicks her feet up on the front lobby couch with no shoes on with her boyfriend Then runs you off when you ask a question」

「Great stay for a few days in Memphis! Location was easy access to Beale Street, the river front, Bass Pro, the Peabody Hotel, restaurants and a great little market. We walked everywhere except for a trip to Graceland. Very secure as well. Everything was clean and spacious. Our unit was directly under the laundry so a bit noisy at times but we just used ear plugs if we were going to sleep.」

「Room quz great,air love it,staff the best,breakfast great」

「Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay!」

「Outside etc not clean saw rats」

「Never disappointed when we stay here. Top notch service, rooms, amenities and dining (fine and casual).」

「For the most part, everything was great. The only exception, was the beds. Mattress and pillows were mediocre at best. The mattress was extremely firm. My shoulders, hips and even my back hurt due to this. Pillows were way too spongy soft for me. The wooden bed frame was pretty, but both myself and my wife hit our ankles and legs trying to get in and out. The frame does not need to be wider than the bed. Accident waiting to happen.」

「Room looked clean, but we had a cockroach on our room.」

「Rooms are large and spacious. Kitchenette helps you avoid eating Restaurant, Cafe food each meal. Especially when staying multiple nights. And traveling long distances from home.」

「Very clean, updated with plenty of options for food and beverage.」
