「Beautiful downtown loft in a great location within walking distance to many must see attractions like The Civil Rights Museum and the Rock and Soul Museum. Liked the safe and secure parking in the basement parking garage. Loft was a very well decorated warehouse industrial design. We stayed in Loft 302 Elvis the Legend theme. Highly recommend to others. We would stay there again and pick a different themed loft.」

「Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!」

「The location is convenient and provides beautiful views of the Mississippi River. It is an ideal place to stay as it provides nearby dining and shopping. The entire staff are kind and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained. We look forward to returning to this property when visiting Memphis. ( this was our fourth stay here.) Thank you again, all River Inn staff!」

「They have a wonderful lobby bar area with great cocktails and piano playing in the background. They have the Peabody Duck Parade which is its own show 2 times a day. Their staff is amazing!!! The housekeeper, the Bar attendants, the Duck master and his staff to make you feel welcome and were patient and kind to the guests, allowing everyone to take the pictures they wanted.」

「My favorite! The staff all were smiling and happy! The room was amazing and so clean! The shower was separate from the bathtub. The sprayer in the shower was the beat I had ever seen in an hotel. After driving 15 hours that was the best ever ! Hot water and lots of pressure! The coffee in the room was the best I had ever had in a hotel room and the beds were like clouds! We got in late and checked out early so I was unable to see Memphis in its natural party atmosphere, however all was quiet...

「Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.」
