「One of the reasons I was willing to pay this rate was because of the free breakfast. Cold cereal and apples is not a breakfast. I was forced to go out for breakfast at a cost of $14.56. I feel that the hotel should pay me back for this expense. I feel cheated!」

「The staff at check-in was friendly, so I actually started out hopeful. I got to my room and at first glance it looked clean. Then I walked into the bathroom and it was flooded, water everywhere across the floor. How do you miss an entire flood during a room inspection? After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came.
