On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun.」

「We have stayed here in the past and this property never disappoints! Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. My only complaint would be they need to have hot chocolate available next to the coffee counter in the lobby year round.
