「很可惜洗衣設施沒辦法用，check out時排隊太長了，我只將房卡放在櫃台旁的箱子內，希望我已經完成退房手續了。」

「We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...

「Immaculately clean, fresh smelling. Desk staff 3-11p was AMAZING. We couldn’t find parking, and she jumped in offered to move her own vehicle, as she was leaving soon. Breakfast was hot & fresh, good variety. Late checkout offered. Bed and bedding was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. One complaint- at 10am, housekeeping started banging on doors….Literally banging with an object, and yelling “Housekeeping!” obscenely loudly, door to door. Very annoying to guests not checking out....

The young man Jabber had excellent customer service he went above and beyond expectations. But the next day that white lady and black lady came to room and did nothing 」
