「I dont have one complaint....Exceptional staff. Facilities and rooms are well maintained. Nice pool area. Tucked back off main thoroughfare so not much traffic noise. 」

「The main issue is that the bathroom was horrible. Getting in and out of the small bathroom was difficult because of the door opening inward. The shower took forever to drain and the shower partition didn't go over far enough to block water from coming out. There was standing water in the bathroom after the shower was used. Very unfortunate because the rest of the stay was great. The room itself was spacious with lots of storage and counter space. Also, the beds were comfortable, my kids loved...

「The hotel needs a lot of updates and general repairs to the rooms. It is in a convenient location, however, it is very close to train tracks with trains that can go by loudly a few times thru the night. The rooms open to the outside parking lot with stairs to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ok. If room improvements were made this may counter the issue with the trains going by so close to the hotel. 」

「The property was generally fine, though the lobby entrance was being repaired, and it was not clearly marked as to where to enter. We were charged twice for a security deposit, and the first room we were given was occupied. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom that we passed back and forth between shower and sink. The breakfast area did not have napkins and forks out. 」

「Room was gross. Old and dirty. They did not have hot water. Tv remote did not work. Got this room due to the kitchen and they were limited on dishes, utensils, pans etc. sick did not work, bathtub flooded and we had dirty Luke warm water covering our feet and ankles upon showering. Tv remote did not work and we were replaced with I one that had missing buttons. I spoke to the front desk about our issues only to be told maintenance was only available part time and would have to enter our room...
