「The property and surrounding area were well maintained and well lit. The room was great and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thus is our third year to stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.」

「What a Fabulous Place to stay!!!! From the moment you drive up, you are welcomed to a Beautifully Appealing atmosphere as well as a safe area and safe parking lots with plentiful parking! The sweet lady who checked us in was so accommodating and delightful! Then we came in from our event at the end of the evening, another lovely lady greeted us and was such a pleasure to speak with! Room was very nice, spacious, clean and had all necessities needed! And breakfast was provided & so...

「Spacious rooms, very clean, and late check out was nice. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff was so friendly.」

「The front desk was nice and the room was very clean」

「The staff at this property is amazing!! They’re all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast and all day available coffee is an extra bonus. I also enjoy the cats near the property!!!」

「The toilet would barely flush. We had to hold the handle down for a long time and wait for it to drain. The room was not as clean as it should have been. It was very hard to get the shower to work properly and once it was finally working it would stop mid-shower and we would have to work with it to get it going again.」

「This is a hotel that is starting to show its age. Lots of little knicks and scratches. Wall paper starting to peel, not all lights working. Being used to shelter folks who would otherwise be homeless. Not an issue but good to know.」

「The girl at the front desk who works dayshift is ghetto and hood . Doesn’t ever know wats going on . Kicks her feet up on the front lobby couch with no shoes on with her boyfriend Then runs you off when you ask a question」

「Room quz great,air love it,staff the best,breakfast great」

「Room was spacious but the facilities are very dated. The rooms were very dusty and set off my allergies. I am used to more updated rooms with Hyatt. The staff is friendly and keep the property maintained and cleaned. If staying in the area again, would look for a different property.」

「I was charged over $200 more than my original invoice stated!」

「I loved everything!」

「We came to Memphis for our grandson's band competition. This hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Our unit was clean, a bit outdated but still nice and kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean, tub needs to be recalked. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. We were greeted daily by friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfasts the hotel provided. We would stay again.」
