「Every lil detail was beautiful especially if you are a Christmas lover such as we are, Breakfast was delicious and the pl were extremely nice. We will definitely be back.」

「Staff was great and Resort was nice…my daughter loved the lazy river! My dad loved the coffee and cookies! The balcony was really nice. Parking in garage was kinda tight, but outdoor parking is available. There was a charge to use the games in the game room, so kids didn’t experience that. Location was perfect! Right off Parkway and close to The Island and Dollywood. Easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay there again.」

「Our experience at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort started off on a very disappointing note. The check-in process was absolutely horrible! We waited over two hours just to check in, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with family and children.

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.」

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The room and grounds were very clean and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly professional and made us feel welcome. The woman at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. My only complaint would be the noise in the hallway outside our door at all times of the day, & night. Also we were in an ADA ACCESSIBLE room and the tub was very difficult for him to step up and over the edge of the tub to...
