The bedding was dirty, hair and makeup on the sheets. Also around the bed was dirty with hair, lint and dust! After waking up from an exhausting trip and horrible nights rest (on the couch) to escape the uncleanliness , I was greeted by moldy shower curtains. I have never been so disgusted by a hotel before.

Bed had a large stain, I did not receive my credit for the Go Green even though the front desk said I will get it, typical breakfast is usually included with staying at the hotel but it was not and charged $15 for watered down orange juice and frozen fruits. The employee checking people in for breakfast did not mention about a charge that will be made to my card on file. I was surprised with a bill when I checked out.

Friendly, professional staff! Very clean room! Several concerns though: 1. Temperature differential of thermostat was much too wide causing big temperature swings all night. 2. HVAC vent blows right at the heads of the bed. 3. Loud road noise all night long even on 12th floor. Needless to say, we did not sleep well at all! Won’t be back here again.
