「Beautiful place!」

「Clean rooms, friendly staff. Beds are too firm for my liking. Also duvet on the bed definitely needs to be addressed. Pool was nice but not very clean. Lots of bugs and debris in the pool. We were there for 4 days. Also be aware that if you do not have your own transportation there are no Taxi service only Uber and Lyft.」

「We had a great time at this hotel! Easily walked to Beale street and very easy to find when we drove into town. Everything is new and sparkling clean. Beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows, big shower. 」

「Always an outstanding stay. Right on Beale Street and very close to a number of other attractions. If there is a negative it would be that the only parking options are valet or street parking (no garage). Other than this, it was an amazing hotel and location.」

「Last minute booking and it did not disappoint. We and our two kids (13 & 11) enjoyed this stay very much. If you’re looking for perfection in aesthetics, this is not, but normal signs of wear and tear aside, this is a great place. We will look for Hotel Indigo for our next travel needs. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Caption. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that there was a coffee shop in the lobby. The only thing I would improve is it was hard to find. The sign isn’t very noticeable and my navigation kept taking me to the hotel next door. 」

「Jarvis at the front desk was really helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location. It was very nice. My only complaint was the parking situation. I wish they had a better procedure where they would keep a record of your license plate. We were given a tag to put on the dash and it fell off onto the floor board. I got a boot placed on the car and had to pay $50 to have it removed. No one cared i had the tag and paid at check in for parking. 」

「It was close to a lot of the places Ivwanted to visit, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.」

「Very middle of the road. Owner / male check in clerk needs to work on his people skills. Giving everyone that checks in a 5 minute lecture before handing over the keys isn’t sending a great message. Especially when every second line ends with “if you do, you’ll have to pay for it” wouldn’t stay here again.」
