「The receptionist lady is very kind and helpful. Coffee was made as promised. All ice machines were broken except for the one on the 5th floor. I had to ask about the whereabouts of the one that worked.」

「I love the River Inn on Harbor Island. It reminds me of an older stately hotel like the Omni Grove Park Inn and the Martha Washington Inn. However, it is quite dark and the toilets are short (as in 14-15 inches high. So please take this into consideration. The restaurants here and around the hotel are terrific. But the best part has to be the employees that work there. Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. We prefer this to the Peabody which is the only other hotel we have...
