「No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. 」

「Pool was closed, there was rarely anyone at the desk. You had to call a number and wait for them to come down. I did t use the breakfast, even the desk clerk sounded disappointed that it was "just a cold breakfast."」

「Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!」

「Yes parking was safe. It was a clean room, soft bed and clean bathroom. I believe they could give another pillow so each person could have a couple a peice.」

「I took my mom for a visit to Graceland and staying at the Guesthouse was a definite bonus! It was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone from the front desk to the bartender, the wait staff and the young girl that made our omelettes were attentive and friendly. We also loved the live band and Elvis movies! It was a perfect stay for a memorable mom and daughter weekend. I will highly recommend staying The Guesthouse!」

「Great, nice, clean, peaceful, quiet, friendly and respectful place. Staff went above and beyond to please guests. Rooms so clean and fresh smell. Breakfast was a plus. Nice area, close to lots of restaurants, nearby to other popular destinations, near highways and major routes. Near national park, 40 minute drive to French Quarters. A unique place at a unique location.」

「A trip back in time, all was fantastic, accommodations from upkeep, rooms, restaurant food and the drinks in the lobby bar was fantastic. The hotel gives you the feeling of going 50 years back in time. Southern charm and hospitality. And not to forget the Duck ceremony every day, going from the fountain up to their sleeping quarters on the roof.」
