The staff was nice, very cordial. They insisted that I not smoke in the non-smoking room they gave me, but didn't bother to mention that it had to have previously been a smoking room. It reeked of a stale cigarette smoke. It was so bad I had trouble sleeping and almost had stomach sickness. In the morning I was greeted by small crickets around the room. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. PS no coffee maker in the room, and no continental breakfast.

The staff was not friendly at all. She acted like it was an inconvenience to check us in. Room is extremely old and outdated. There was an 1.5 inch gap under the door letting all kinds of bugs in The walls are so thin we could hear the room next to us on the phone, listening to the radio, and washing in the shower.

Whenever I'm in the Tunica area, I always stay at Key West Inn. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are nice, and the prices are always very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
