「We had a wonderful stay in Memphis! My kids had an absolute blast in the pool and were genuinely sad to leave. The hot tub was a little murky, but everything else more than made up for it. The full breakfast each morning and the evening "Happy Hour" dinner were fantastic and helped our family vacation budget tremendously. 「I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’m assuming since my last stay the hotel has been independently acquired. The front desk area had a funky smell. Some of the furniture was broken and worn in my room. The free breakfast was very very minimal. Looked like 7-Eleven breakfast sandwiches. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem too eager to help during her shift. The fitness center was pretty decent. I will not be staying at this property in the future.」

「Just passing through for the night. Stay was great for the price. Room was accessible, but had a tub with transfer chair which might be difficult for some (worked out fine for us). Fridge had been left open since last guest/room cleaning and coils were completely iced over thus not cooling. Since we were already unpacked for the night, instead of switching rooms I turned the unit off to defrost it which took some time, but fridge worked perfectly fine after. Breakfast was standard economy fare.」
