"Door to room extremely difficult to close. TV did not work for any network channels. Woman from desk came to try to help w/o success. Blamed it on weather. Still no TV in morning. Stayed there 11/25 when lots of remideling. Not much difference this trip. Staff is nice & helpful but facility needs help. At least this trip there was not much trash in the elevator."

"It wasn't made clear to me that there was no breakfast, nor was it pet-friendly! I checked out and checked into the Residence right across the lot. It cost me a little more but I didn't have much choice because I had 2 rooms and had to make sure my guest were comfortable with their stay."

"I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southaven, Mississippi over the weekend and had a great experience overall. I spoke with Marshall Collins, the front desk supervisor, and she was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent. Whenever we asked for extra towels or additional pillows, they brought them right away with no issues at all. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. I believe the room we stayed in had already been renovated, which was nice. My only suggestion would be improving the beds and pillows—the pillows could definitely be fluffier and the mattresses a little softer for added comfort. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. It wasn’t included with my booking, but the breakfast I saw looked really good. One of the workers showed me her plate and it looked delicious! She even told me that the two cooks who work the morning shift do a great job, so I’ll definitely keep that in mind next time. We also weren’t able to use the indoor pool because it was being renovated during our stay, but it’s great that the hotel offers one. Another big plus is the location. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas in Southaven and right off the bypass, which made getting around very easy. Overall, my stay was lovely, and I would definitely stay here again. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"Stayed four days and housekeeping never came in to clean the room. Went to the front desk to ask for clean towels was told to ask housekeeping when i asked for clean towels was told they could only give us 2 sets but we had 4 people checked in. Bathroom tub was stained room had a order. Will never stay here again "

"Property is conveniently located by the interstate but its quiet. Beds are comfortable. They offer a breakfast setup and have reasonably priced rooms."

"We chose this hotel for its indoor pool for the kids. It was being painted and no notice was given. We could have saved over half by booking a hotel with no indoor pool and kids were disappointed on their spring break trip so this was a big letdown for us. There were ants on the upholstered chair. Otherwise everything was great"
