10/10 Excellent
"Had to book an overnight stay in Memphis.. had been warned by family to not stay due to safety concerns of the city as a whole. But wanting to be close to our early destination we chose to stay here. Felt very safe during our atay We couldn't figure out parking so called and were advised to just park in front and then after checkin we could park in deck across the street. (Pay parking) also could park overnight on street but couldn't leave for an undetermined time. Check in was about 10pm for us. We were met by Tony, who was so friendly and discussed parking. Also assured us we would be safe parking on the street in front as there was security in front of hotel as well. I met Carlos (security) when I went down hunting an extra blanket. He was so kind and I truly felt safe with his presence on the premises. We were given a toothbrush and ice bucket from front desk. They even delivered an extra blanket to our door when requested! Our stay felt safe. Our suite (1407) was spacious and had a separate bathtub and shower. We had a comfortable bed. In room safe, hair dryer and iron/ ironing board in room. The breakfast the next day included many choices: fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast and assorted pastries. There was also a waffle maker, hot eggs, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes and bacon. Coffee, tea, apple and orange juice. Check in and check out both were handled professionally and courteous. Such a friendly staff. Clean sheets, hot showers!"
