"Perfectly located for the National Civil Rights Museum and not far from restaurants and other venues. But it was noisy at night when people were leaving the restaurant and bar in the hotel and standing around (maybe waiting for the valet?). "

"It's a lovely hotel located in a good area in Memphis, I was just in and out but I really appreciated the kindness of Chris at the front desk. My only issue was a parking fee that wasn't disclosed to me, however the woman working the next morning amended this, which was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this property, the old train station atmosphere and lively bar area downstairs is great. I would say if you're squeamish to live music/DJ's or generally a little boring in general, go stay...

"Nice hotel close to downtown. Had a cornhole and Jenga in the pool area that the kids enjoyed. The table that the Jenga was on had a broken piece on the table that should be replaced. "

"Great property, situated within a 20-minute walk of the historic Beale Street, with all its restaurants and music bars. Private parking was available for a small additional fee, and the valet service was quick and efficient. There is a decent bar and a restaurant on-site. I loved using the glass elevator, which provides a great aerial view of Memphis. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the king size bed very comfy. I would go back again."

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
