「When I made my reservation for my room online, I didn’t realize that my room was not gonna have a view of the pool. I called and spoke with Taylor at the reservation desk and she said no problem I can upgrade you and we’ll get you on the north side so you’ll have a view of the pool! So far everything is going well I’m just sitting down to dinner right now!!」

「The Hu Hotel has the best staff ever!!!!! Annie handled the reservation portion and I recommend when you make your reservation to ask for her specifically. She will provide all your wants and needs. The concierge Deadric was real knowledgeable, resourceful and very respectful. He described everything with such detail. 「The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was attentive enough. Even though native Memphians say this area is bad but I did not have any issues. The only thing that was a negative for me is that this was a prepaid stay with all fees included but when I got there there was an additional $100 deposit fee. So be sure to budget this into your visit. Overall great stay and the mini cinnamon rolls made my day. 」
