Room was clean. Nice that it was suite with a sitting area with separate TV from bedroom, sink, fridge and microwave. We had a balcony which overlooked Court Square which was nice. Beds were also comfortable. Highly recommend.

The room was in ok condition. The beds were comfy and the linens were clean. The grout from the bathroom tiles was coming up, the iron didn't work, and the sofa bed/trundle was outdated. Reggie, the front desk manager, is a gem. He was kind, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the kitchen staff were very accommodating. The hotel needs some renovation - at least in the big suite areas. The price was excellent.

Location was great for what we were looking for. Walking distance to NCRM, Rock and Soul Museum, and Beale St. Were not made aware of no daily housekeeping nor that the lobby bar is not open. Bathroom definitely needs an overhaul. Front desk staff could benefit from some hospitality training.
