「This was the first time I stayed in Palm Springs and this cute boutique Hotel was the best. The staff was very friendly, I felt safe with the parking and the code to get into the hotel. The complementary refreshments in the room was an amazing touch, especially after a long drive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be visiting again.」

「A pretty, refurbished property in north PSP. Two lovely swimming pools, pickle ball courts, and fire pits. The restaurant is open for breakfast/lunch on weekends only.」

「Pleased with location and also the check in/out process worked real well. We only needed 1 night. The only complaint is the pool is small and there were a group of many young adults that stayed in the whole day we were there and were drinking quite a bit. We never got to use pool. The next morning there were beer cans all over the place. This is the only problem I can see about facility being staffless.」

「I almost don't want to write so the hotel doesn't get over booked. This is an outstanding property! Self check in is super easy, courtyard/pool is gorgeous, rooms are clean and well stocked. Property is completely delightful in every way! Pool is refreshing and super welcoming, hot tub is quaint and perfect for after the pool on a slightly cooler evening, lounge is stocked with water, snacks and other sundry items. This was an all around A+ experience. Loved it!」

「We had a great stay at The Hideaway in Palm Springs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the property has a fun mid-century vibe throughout. While some elements are showing their age, everything is clearly well cared for and lovingly maintained. Most importantly, the A/C kept up beautifully even during 108-degree weather, making our stay comfortable despite the extreme heat. We’d happily stay here again.」

「Staff were accommodating and polite, but property needs a little TLC. This historic property smells a bit old and rusty but the bed was clean and comfy. I didn't care for the refillable bath products due to sanitary issues but that's just me! Location is safe and convenient to restaurants. I give it three stars ☆☆☆」

「We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean.」
