"The room was clean, furniture is dated, the small refrigerator works but are old. The curtains are not the right sizes for the patio door. "

"Run down old hotel that needs major remodeling. Rooms are spacious, but old. Dirty carpet, bathroom needs major renovation (hot water runs from both faucets and there is no cold water). Water fountains around the property don't work, the restaurant was closed for some repairs. Too expensive for what it is."

"Some how I got the impression this was kind of a hot springs - spa kind of place. I wasn't neccessarily looking for either of those amenities but I was expecting that kind of vibe? Over-all the room was nice, but it is not a hang-out spot. In a residential neighborhood. We were located in their "annex" property. It felt more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel or an inn. We stayed here for a Saturday night before going to tennis finals the next day. Chose the spot because I was looking to avoid astronomincal hotel costs closer to the venue. It served its purpose, but I don't think I would stay here again. "

"All property smells bad and dirty. Employees are all looks high. I read all hotels.com reviews and decided this hotel, but when I arrived property immediately I decided to leave. I spoke to Hotels.com customer service and supervisor. They tried to reach hotel manager and asking to approve refunds but manager said no. DON’T BELIEVE REVIEWS AND RATES "
