"First time here. Checked in around 3pm, room wasn't ready had to wait but never got a text. Called at 4pm and they gave us a different room that was ready, only for the keys not to work and waited in the hot sun for over an hour with all our stuff."

"The room was so clean! We stayed in the King Suite and it was lovely. Had a large clean balcony with a great view. The pool was nice and staff very nice. It was great place to take our kids. Also close to amenities. I’m looking forward to coming back!"

"Everything was beautiful. The room, the facilities. However, while enjoying the pool, I was hit in the face by one of the kids throwing toys around. That really changed my opinion. I would like to enjoy the pool area without being hit in the face with an hard plastic toy!"
