「The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pools were amazing and beautiful. The parking is easy to use. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. Highly recommend during festivals」

「stay was alright, overpriced though」

「Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area...

「房间一点都不隔音，一晚上非常的吵，整夜被吵醒了四五次，洗手盆特别矮，大概是给小孩子设计的高度，而且洗手池的水龙头非常的短，几乎是贴着洗手盆壁，用起来非常的别扭」

「The location is good. We entered Joshua tree state park from south entrance and out gate of west entrance in the afternoon. We checked in the hotel and took a shower. We grab some food and entered the park again for sunset and night sky. 」

「Room reserved was a suite and we were given a double queen room. It was a late check in so we were stuck and overcharged. Food was watered down (dehydrated eggs - super watery and odd taste, oatmeal super watery). Avoid at all costs. Overcharged and not given what was reserved. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. 」

「If you’re staying here for Coachella be prepared to get the run around and deal with rude management! They charge you the full amount of your stay a week before your stay without a warning. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room the entire 4 days we stayed there and we kept asking for them to come. So they said they’d refund us a whole whopping $30 for that inconvenience and now they’re refusing to give the refund. They keep saying they did refund me and they did not. I stayed here 2 years in a row...

The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs.」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...
