「A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and...

All amenities, the pool , fitness room, games room and food bar at the pool was excellent! Taco Tuesday was a hit! Our room was well appointed with a full kitchen, spacious mid century modern furniture living room , a cozy king size bed and a large washroom with all toiletries! This vacation spot is well located, accessible and safe! Great experience! 」

「The pool and jacuzzi were perfect! Lovely Mountain View’s, great staff. Our room was a bit small, but we really were outdoors most of the time. Very walkable to downtown but a car is necessary for excursions for hikes, the tram up the mountains, etc. Will definitely go back!」
