I felt that the Continental breakfast was a bit too basic. I'm not sure what permits are needed for a waffle and pancake station but that would liven up the breakfast.

I enjoy the entire space. The resort is mid century, if you're looking for spa, super luxury resort this isn't where you want to go. Who goes to Palm Springs to stay in their hotel room anyway? The resort has everything you need, even in the least expensive units away from the pool. Fridge, micro and comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Tool Shed, drug stores and groceries. Close enough to downtown if you want a bit more of a walk. Lyft/Uber rides are avaliable and reasonably priced. Parking for your rental or personal car is available. I use ride share services to avoid the expense of rental cars in PS, too expensive and unnecessary in my opinion unless you have road trips to Joshua Tree or the Tram planned.The social hour at Inndulge, cocktails and assorted beverages is a huge bonus. This gives you the opportunity to get to know other guests. I stay at this resort at least twice a year. I enjoy my stay every time.

INNdulge was my first time at a clothing-optional, gay resort and decided to stay there I was going away solo. In addition to the staff being friendly/helpful (except for gardeners working outside my door at 7am on a Sunday), the guests are very friendly. Found a mix of folks on extended stays (weeks or months) and others who were passing through for one or a few nights (like me). There's communal continental breakfast (basic but adequate) and happy hour, where everyone socializes. I actually joined a group to go out for drinks/dinner my first evening and even bumped into a former business associate the second night! While "boys will be boys" having come back from the bars, this place is very respectable and anything but seedy.
