It really was a suite, we had balcony view of the Christmas parade what a treat! The location cannot be beat, walking distance to everything Palm Springs, food shopping entertainment.

Everything was perfect, Amazing staff, super comfortable rooms (I’m a diagnosed insomniac and actually slept, comfortably ), delicious food (omg, the chilaquiles were divine.), drink, and great location, my only complaint was the WiFi, it didn’t work well. I’ve been staying here for twelve years and will be back.

The staff was excellent. The hotel room was not up to par with other hyatts I’ve been to. The plumbing was bad and the sink and shower was leaking. They were doing some kind of repair work very early in the morning as well. Also the couch bed mattress was horrible, I know they usually aren’t the best but this thing seemed 80 years old so I ordered a roll away bed and you could feel every spring in that one as well. The location is great but they need to upgrade the beds for sure!

The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of updating. Furniture, flooring to include tile and carpet in our room, very shabby. The round dining table is very unstable and seemed unsafe. The couch cushions completely deflated into the couch. This hotel does definitely not reflect the usual caliber of a Hyatt. The location is ideal and very centrally located but until it is refreshed and updated we would not stay there again.
