「We’re told when we arrived at almost midnight that there was no hot water. It was too late to find another hotel. Had to drive 2 hours home.」

「This location is providing pictures and information about rooms and then switching them out for basic rooms. You pay for one thing and you get something else. Plus there isn’t anyone there at check-in? You have to wait for someone to contact you and when I asked for the room that I paid for they refused.
