We had our flight cancelled so booked here based on reviews at the very last minute. Super cute, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub/pool. We would definitely return!!

Very clean and updated. Air conditioning works well, as well as a very nice pool. Nice kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, small fridge, microwave. Breakfast room with nice snacks, water, and more coffee. Very, very quiet. The bed and high quality sheets were an extra bonus! Slept like a rock! This was our second time staying here and we will be back!

We stayed one night in this cute hotel. Room was generally clean and bed was comfortable. We had no interaction with staff as everything was done through text, which worked well. We appreciated the use of bikes. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and was warm. Unfortunately the room smelled like dog and I am mildly allergic. Previous pet friendly hotels I’ve stayed in have certain rooms that pets stay in and others that are pet free. I should have looked more closely at that before booking.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jazz Hotel Palm Springs! The best boutique property we have stayed at offering clean and beautifully appointed rooms, a relaxing tranquil setting, and super friendly staff. In addition, the property is tucked away enough to get a restful nights sleep, but within walking distance to the nightlife hustle and bustle of the downtown area. With plenty of parking, a small gym, and bicycles available for guests to use, we will definitely be booking our next Palm Springs stay at the Jazz Hotel.

Hot tub and pool were on the small side but both were clean and well-maintained. Room was clean and lovely and ours had a private patio which was a nice touch. Communal kitchenette came with fridge yoghurt, juice, milk and creamer for coffee) ice buckets and coffee maker, etc. would have liked danishes and fruit too for a plus, but great otherwise.

Very nice gated hotel…keyless entry didn’t have to check in anywhere. It was such a seamless process and the property was super nice and the room was so clean. The hot tub was really nice! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was well maintained and easy to navigate, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I accidentally left a pair of pants in my room, and it was very difficult to reach someone for assistance. When I finally received a response, I asked if they could mail the item back and offered to cover the shipping cost. It has now been almost five days without any follow-up. The lack of communication is concerning and makes me question how accessible the staff would be in the event of an emergency during a guest’s stay.

Cute hotel. So many “heated” pools are barely warm, but Jazz has a properly heated pool that was even comfortable in February after dark!

We have stayed here many times. The location is convenient to uptown. The hotel is clean. The community kitchen is well supplied. The pool is wonderful and heated, as is the hot tub. The surroundings in general are nice and quiet as it is two blocks or so from the main road, Indian Canyon. Definitely a recommended stay.
