Lovely, sweet inviting property. Sparkling clean and very welcoming. Rich at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. A small basket of croissants and fruit were offered in the morning. Beds and pillows, very comfortable. We liked our stay so much, we extended it one more day! Don’t hesitate to book!!

Consistently great! The staff is incredible; kind, efficient & everyone I encountered was truly interested in making sure it was a wondeeful stay. Charming courtyard area, viewing perch for sunsets or a daytime view, outdoor gas fireplace for cozy evenings and clean, clean, clean. This place is a rare find.

Clean rooms, nice staff, very quiet property. Breakfast baskets are served with grab and go goodies. Very nice quaint property in Palm Springs. No food warming amenities available in the rooms. Crazy strong water pressure in the shower to point where it blows the side and doesn’t drain well on full blast. Quiet stays are welcomed here!

Room was great. Staff was wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast is super tasty. Fresh croissants, yogurt, granola, fruit, oatmeal, etc. You pick up your breakfast from the lobby area in a cute basket and can bring it back to your room to eat. Highly recommend doing breakfast poolside or on the roof deck. Roof deck is comfy and has amazing views. It’s also perfect for watching sunsets. The grounds are exactly how they pictured. Super cute serene boutique hotel vibe and a 5-10 min drive to downtown. Highly recommend.

It's too bad because the property is well-maintained and the rooms are cute enough, but as a female solo traveler, I felt unsafe. A dodgy homeless person was wandering among the cars as I parked, there is no hotel staff starting at 9pm -- rooms seem very easy to break into and I felt unsafe having to leave for airport at 4:30am.

This property is so well kept and clean. The decor is very cute and the staff was amazing. The breakfast provided was simple but so perfect. You get a little basket and grab fruit, bagels, yogurt and oatmeal with juice and you choose where you eat. (Pool, room, patio, etc). There is a roof top sitting area and you can take in the views around the property. Our room was spacious and we loved it. We were able to see into many rooms and it looks like there are a lot of different options, depending on what you want. Upon arrival, there was a gift bag with a few snacks waiting for us on the bed. This place is detail oriented and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great, served by our favourite staff member.( can't remember his name but he worked in the morning and was chatty and great knowledge on things going on around town) Grounds/pools were kept clean and was a cute atmosphere with so many photo ops before heading downtown. Close to downtown.

The room was very cute and spacious. AC worked well. We called the front desk when we realized we'd be arriving after the desk closes at 9pm - They were very helpful and arranged for us to get in to our room easily and quickly. The free light breakfast (e.g. croissants, fruit, oatmeal, coffee) was delicious and fresh. Staff were very friendly and professional. Lovely, intimate place!

Les Cactus is an oasis! Moment one and we were hooked. Every staff member was genuinely kind—wanting to help and slowing down to give each guest more than service…human kindness. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the atmosphere is calm. Because the staff aren’t in a hurry, there is a cultivated and felt welcome into relaxation. And the decor is absolutely fantastic. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully curated for delight. The rooms are just right and bright and airy and clean as a whistle. The courtyard is designed for easy breast poolside joy. Everything is dialed down and everything is just right within reach. It is a 5-minute bike ride from all the downtown fun, but one feels remote at the same time. We like exploring new places, but we plan to forfeit a new adventure and return to Les Cactus mostly because people like Daniella, Andy, and Richard gave us such a memorable and genuinely warm welcome into their hearts.
