「Clean room:
On our first day, we noticed that the bed sheets had specks of blood. Housekeeping had either forgotten to change the sheets or did not do so properly.
We called the front desk to report this issue, as it was unacceptable. Housekeeping did change the sheets, but the front desk clerk never apologized or offered any compensation, such as a complimentary breakfast. They only changed the sheets without addressing our concerns further.
Did not meant to rate the Breakfast, there was not...

「这是20+多天的旅程住过的酒店最值得推荐的，性价比最高，酒店较大，酒店内环境很好，房间外就有条小河，有很多鸭子在闲游，或在房间露台外的草地上嬉戏，附近还有高尔夫球场，房间户外还有烧烤炉，这间酒店是度假的好地方，职员也很友善，房间内有炊具齐全的厨房，真是值得再住多一晚，如果再有机会到棕榈泉的话会再入住这间酒店。」
