8/10 Good
"Overall, my family of 4 and I were comfortable during our 2-night stay on July 16 and 17, 2026. The front desk person was very welcoming and helpful. Thursday night was super quiet and felt a little eerie because it felt like we were the only guests staying there. Parking was plentiful, we didn't have to share the pool with anyone and we played extra to get a room right near the pool so that was cool and convenient. However, the main doors to our building did not lock and with the emptiness of the hotel it felt a little concerning to us and the quietness felt a bit like a dystopian movie! If you don't know, summertime is not tourist peak season in Palm Springs so I feel this explains how quiet and empty it was on Thursday. Friday the next day was a different story. More guests were checking it. The lobby businesses were open. There were other guests swimming in the pool. Parking spaces were no longer as available. It actually felt more comforting and safe having more guests milling about in the public spaces of the hotel. The liveliness no longer made the place feel abandoned or dystopian. Our room was comfortable with picturesque views of the pool and mountain tops. Unfortunately, our safe was not working and we couldn't use our fridge because it was leaking. I told the front desk when we checked out. Not a deal breaker! I would stay here again for the proximity to downtown businesses and we were comfortable overall."

10/10 Excellent
"Great quick stay at this well-maintained property. Lovely gardens even included hummingbird feeders. Property felt secure. Lots of reviews mentioned nighttime club noise but it was 100 degrees on a Sunday night in August during our stay -- not a prime party time for Palm Springs, I'd imagine. A/C in the room was loud but we had earplugs at the ready and the room was cool and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Bill's Pizza, a new PS favorite. Hot breakfast was nice and set us up for a long day on the road. Friendly font desk staff on either end of the visit."
