「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Free parking is always convenient & loved the free breakfast buffet. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, it was windy but would be nice if there was a jacuzzi.」

「Everything was great instead of things where you see something else on the Expedia program and something different appears in the hotel. There is no restaurant there are no food court as they are mentioning in them app. And the water in the golf area are not the same which are on the program. We are seeing.」

「Amazing staff and amenities! Loved the pool and shuttle service to the airport - was also walking distance to all attractions downtown and many restaurants/shops. My room was also cleaned and reset daily which was a nice touch. 10/10 would highly recommend!」
