「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Free parking is always convenient & loved the free breakfast buffet. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, it was windy but would be nice if there was a jacuzzi.」

「The property and rooms were very well maintained. My only wish was that there were actual curtains in the room. As a parent of a toddler that needs darkness to sleep it was hard without some kind of curtain to completely block out the light coming through the shutters. Besides that my family and I very much enjoyed our time here!」

「Amazing staff and amenities! Loved the pool and shuttle service to the airport - was also walking distance to all attractions downtown and many restaurants/shops. My room was also cleaned and reset daily which was a nice touch. 10/10 would highly recommend!」
