"This is our second year staying at basecamp, It’s a fun camping experience but there is room to improve. I will say last year was a lot nicer! The bathrooms and showers werent cleaned out as much as they should of been. "

"Have stayed here several times and it's been a great experience. My only real issue is that in the villas they do not offer housekeeping service. They will remove trash and refresh towels upon request but for the amounts paid, it's sad that housekeeping basically no longer is a part of the high rates we already pay. "

"It was relaxing. We went for coachella and it was nice coming back to a quiet hotel. I do wish you guys had a shuttle to and from the festival. But i totally understand why you dont."
