「Our stay at Riviera Palm Springs started with a very frustrating check-in experience. We arrived at 3:30 PM, just before the 4:00 PM check-in, and were told our room would be ready in 40 minutes. We agreed to wait. After more than an hour with no update, I returned to the front desk and was simply asked if I received a text. When I said no, I was told the room was still not ready—no apology, no explanation, and no effort to assist.
I even offered to take any available room just to avoid waiting...

「Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short.
