「We had a great stay at The Hideaway in Palm Springs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the property has a fun mid-century vibe throughout. While some elements are showing their age, everything is clearly well cared for and lovingly maintained. Most importantly, the A/C kept up beautifully even during 108-degree weather, making our stay comfortable despite the extreme heat. We’d happily stay here again.」

「It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.」

「Staff were accommodating and polite, but property needs a little TLC. This historic property smells a bit old and rusty but the bed was clean and comfy. I didn't care for the refillable bath products due to sanitary issues but that's just me! Location is safe and convenient to restaurants. I give it three stars ☆☆☆」

「Pleased with location and also the check in/out process worked real well. We only needed 1 night. The only complaint is the pool is small and there were a group of many young adults that stayed in the whole day we were there and were drinking quite a bit. We never got to use pool. The next morning there were beer cans all over the place. This is the only problem I can see about facility being staffless.」

「I enjoyed my stay here.The place is clean, with a nice pool and hot tub and little kitchen with water/coffee maker/fridge and a few snacks which is nice. The pool area plays nice music to relax to in the afternoons and has nice lighting. I loved the use of the robes and little patios for privacy. I liked how small and cozy it is. Parking was a bit tricky bc someone took up three spaces and getting a response took more time than I would have liked. There is no one on the property so you text...
