「Overall it was pleasant, but when we entered the room on the first day, my son jumped on the bed. Then our family saw the dust in the air. I hope the cleanliness of the room is not just superficial.」

「Check in was easy enough, gotta park outside and walk in. Parking was convenient and underground for the main building. Access to the tennis club pool/spa next door was really nice. Staff was nice. Game room had shuffle board and pay-to-play billiards but no ac so it was warm inside. The room was not as clean as I would've liked, particularly the bathroom floor. But the amenities (fridge/freezer, kitchenette, patio) was good. 」

「It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.」

「The air conditioning was effective. The hot tub was not warm enough. It was located by the swimming pool. The upstairs floors were squeaky and the bathtub needs to be replaced. The rest of the unit was fine. Convenient to those we were visiting. Plenty of kitchen dishes etc. Office employees excellent.」
