「We had a great stay at The Hideaway in Palm Springs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the property has a fun mid-century vibe throughout. While some elements are showing their age, everything is clearly well cared for and lovingly maintained. Most importantly, the A/C kept up beautifully even during 108-degree weather, making our stay comfortable despite the extreme heat. We’d happily stay here again.」

「OK stay. Beautiful grounds. Bathroom was dirty. Hair in room service food. Dusty sheets and just yogurt and fruit for breakfast. I think Hampton Inn does better. Worth staying for the location and history」

「I almost don't want to write so the hotel doesn't get over booked. This is an outstanding property! Self check in is super easy, courtyard/pool is gorgeous, rooms are clean and well stocked. Property is completely delightful in every way! Pool is refreshing and super welcoming, hot tub is quaint and perfect for after the pool on a slightly cooler evening, lounge is stocked with water, snacks and other sundry items. This was an all around A+ experience. Loved it!」

「A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!」

「Quiet, relaxing place」

「I wasn’t sure if it was your maintenance guy (he looked liked one) that was hanging around the pool, but he was very unprofessional. There were some ladies in the regular chairs, the guy goes up to them and takes them to the vip daybeds….and for the next hour he gets them drinks and chats with them the whole time to the point it’s noticeable. I usually don’t care but what really bothered me is that he proceeds to come to me and tell me that “im going to need you not to move the umbrellas”….mind...
