「We had a great stay at The Hideaway in Palm Springs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the property has a fun mid-century vibe throughout. While some elements are showing their age, everything is clearly well cared for and lovingly maintained. Most importantly, the A/C kept up beautifully even during 108-degree weather, making our stay comfortable despite the extreme heat. We’d happily stay here again.」

「Wonderful couples retreat」

「Our stay was going well until the power went out during our first night. I contacted the front desk around 6–7 a.m., and by 10–11 a.m. we were informed that a blown transformer was the cause and power wouldn’t be restored until around 4 p.m. While I understand the outage was outside the hotel’s control, we were without A/C and refrigeration for over 12 hours, making it difficult to enjoy the property or its amenities. We spent most of the day away from the hotel, and the ice we requested wasn’t...

「A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!」
