I don't want to leave a review because i am worried that this hotel will become overbooked and hard to get into again! Our stay was amazing - we loved our room. The cleaning staff went ABOVE and beyond when one of us was sick. I cannot say enough good things, this place was soooo cute. Thank you to all the "Montys" for making it such a lax simple stay. <3

Lovely desert decor and a bidet toilet with a remote! The rooms were spacious and the king size bed was heavenly. But the check in online was difficult for an older person and needing 2 different codes to get in and out was not user friendly.

Amazing hotel. Great value. Excellent vintage and mid century decor. The bed was comfortable, aircon worked well, shower great and room spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight. Comfortable pool lounges. A great place to stay. Just note there is no reception or staff on site. No issue for me but if you expect that type of service you may be disappointed but it was no issue for us, communication by whats app was good.

I loved this place. The room was huge with a big kitchen and large bathroom. Everything was modern, such tasteful decor, high tech, all you’d want in a TV with apps/channels, super comfy king bed, amazing A/C, and we also loved the pool/hot tub. Would def stay here again.

Nice hotel, well priced compared to the rest of Palm Springs. Allowed dogs (we brought ours) and the pool was nice. I wasn't a fan of the check-in process with no one there (similar to AirBnB) but the owners were very responsive over text.

Quiet escape

Sooo lovely. Booked this on a whim and ended up extending my stay. So comfortable, quiet, cute. The room was roomy, great view, staff was nice. Super easy check-in. Loved it all.

A Must Stay In Palm Springs

Host was responsive, helpful, and courteous. The property was well maintained, serene, had an ice machine, and free filtered water (by the pool area). The room was beautifully decorated & equipped with everything I needed and more (e.g., coffee maker, microwave, etc.). This property will definitely be one I’ll stay again once I’m back in Palm Springs.

We loved our stay at the Cactai. The grounds and view were beautiful, the rooms were beautiful, the pool was lovely, the staff was great. The area was walkable and great, about 20 minutes to downtown. Only issues were the fire alarm went off because of the heat from the shower and the shampoo was fairly bad quality. 10/10 would recommend.

The property is renovated with an updated mid-century modern feel. Very stylish & appealing. It was quiet with a cozy tucked away feeling. The pool, hot tub were clean & perfect temperature & outdoor lounge furniture was plentiful & comfy. We had a double room. One bed was comfortable & one was very hard. The walk in shower & fancy bidet toilet was luxurious but there was a bit of noticeable water damage on the wall by the shower.

We liked the vintage vibes and the property was well take care of. Pool and hot tub were pretty well maintained and having a private back patio area was also a plus. A little bit of a walk to the downtown core district. There was a musty smell in the room but that did clear up after a couple days and keeping windows open. AC worked well but was a little loud. Pack tight if possible as there are two small nightstands. Overal we had a pretty positive experience on a unique property.

Beautiful and well-kept! We had the best at this charming resort. It's quiet as there a just a few rooms, it's charming, we loved the set around the pool and the day beds that sit on artificial turf and is pleasing visually. The pool was too cold for me to get in, odd for Palm Springs, the hot tub also did not get hot. All in all we had a great visit!

Great value for a quick trip - price reasonable for appropriate accommodations! Palm Springs vibes down to the decor, close to the action but far enough away for quiet and a safe environment. A few holes to play mini golf, a warm pool, a hot tub and loungers fenced off for an area private to the neighborhood. Room was simple but clean with everything you’d want from a budget hotel but a step elevated (TV, desk, minifridge, nice coffee maker…). Free parking out front including off-street and on. Noting this place does not have a lobby or front desk staff - it’s all digital. But communication was quick, even late at night.
