"I had to admit I was skeptical getting off the freeway passing through the area to get to the hotel. But when we arrived I felt better. The hotel is nestled in a residential area but I didn’t expect it to be so quiet and so clean! The room is so nice, the kitchen area is perfect for a quick getaway and the tv options were great! I felt like I was at home. Sadly we didn’t get to try out the pool or jacuzzi like we planned but we are definitely going to book again for 2 days to test it all out. Down the street are food places, grocery store, convenience stores, bar and boutiques. We had no idea desert hot springs had this stuff. Very nice place for the price. Staff is nice and helpful! "

"This place looks like a total dump and was pitch black when we arrived. We were turned away! Apparently there was no hot water, and these people didn't even have the decency to contact hotels.com where we booked, or try to contact us at all! HORRIBLE!!! "

"Comfortable beds and great pool area. Needs a little upkeep as the rooms are older, but they are spacious, comfortable and all have balconies or pool access. Super nice staff. "

"Such an amazing place! The staff is incredibly friendly and their spa is amazing. We love to lounge by the pool and use the hot springs pool as well. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice. Love the room set up and how quiet it is there. Would recommend this to anyone for a relaxing weekend. We will be back for sure! "

"HVAC unit had to be turned off because it was whining so loud, curtains had tears in it. If all you need is the least expensive place to sleep near the airport then this is it. The best feature is that it was clean. Rundown. I wouldn’t stay there again."
